Our experience and market expertise can also be used for a wide range of private transactions and consulting.
In addition to our services, we can assist in the acquisition and sale of items or entire collections outside of the selling process.

HOW TO PURCHASE
All Demosmobilia Items are sold under the following terms and conditions.

INFO REQUEST
Place an info request via phone, email, or in person about the items you are interested in and we will provide you all the information you need.
If available please specify the item number.

ITEMS EXAMINATION
Because of the vintage nature of our items buyers should know that most items are used. Buyers are advised to inquire via phone, email, or in person about the condition of any item they intend to purchase.
All condition issues may not be photographed or referenced online, but we are pleased to personally provide a more detailed description and / or additional photographs prior to your purchase.
Statements given regarding any items on Demosmobilia, whether orally or in writing, are intended as opinions only and do not constitute a warranty.

PLACING YOUR ORDER
Place your order via phone, email or in person. The items you are interested in will be put on hold for 14 days.

PAYMENT
Payment should be done within 14 days in one of the following accepted forms of payment:
— Bank wire
— Cash

SHIPPING
Quotes for shipment can be given in advance of purchase.
We ship worldwide through different shipping methods.
All the orders will be insured, if not possible demosmobilia will only ship at the buyer’s sole risk and expense.
Demosmobilia makes no guarantee of price, shipment time, or quality.

SHIPPING RECEIPT
We always want to prevent your valuable purchases from being damaged. In very rare cases, however, it can happen that parcels are handled incorrectly.
Our shipments are insured, but you must follow the procedure correctly in order to use this service:

  • Take advantage of the possibility to receive the parcel with “reserve”, this option given by each shipping company will allow you to report more easily any damage to the goods caused by transport.
  • Packages must be opened immediately! We cannot accept reports received more than 36 hours after the delivery the package.
  • Upon delivery, check the package for visible damage. If it is damaged, ask the carrier to be present when the package is opened. If this is not possible, take pictures of the closed package and make a photo report that illustrates the whole process of opening the package.
  • Promptly report any damage, immediately, attaching pictures and description.

RETURNS
All sales are final.
If there are condition issues not posted online, or not discussed prior to your purchase you may request a return within 7 days of your receipt of the item.
The buyer assumes responsibility for payment of all shipments and any damage the item may incur during such time regardless of the reason for return.
