Whether it is true that the design inspiration came from a bag of hunting buckshot, as maintained by historic coworker Anna Maria Costanza Fattori, or an ashtray positioned on the arm of a chair, typical of the period, that Gino Sarfatti remembered seeing in his grandmother's house, this unit implied a remarkable and entirely new functional capacity, cofirmed by its long production period.
